As the first month of the year, January tends to be the month of new resolutions and the popularity of “Veganuary” in recent years is another proof – and what a great way to kick off the year with a healthy and sustainable lifestyle. Veganuary started back in 2014 with the intention to support people exploring and supporting vegan diets for one month. Since then, it has been raising awareness, educating, and encouraging people all over the world to try a vegan diet as part of Veganuary's global campaigns.

What do vegans eat?
