Where we currently ship to

Our goal is to soon be shipping worldwide, but for now it is possible to make orders to:
- Sweden
- Denmark
- Finland
- Belgium
- Netherlands
- Luxembourg
- Germany

- United Kingdom

Norway:

Please observe that we are currently not shipping to Norway. Norway has a special and strict tax and import system when you buy from an EU country (Sweden). This means that all purchases will be taxed according to the import law. On top of that there's a 25% VAT (MVA) added to your order and a small cost for the customs handling and care. There's unfortunately no way around these costs and we are so sorry about this. We are working on a solution.

PostNord My Pack Collect

Your order will arrive to your closest pick up point, where you can collect your order within 7-10 days.

PostNord MyPack Home

You will get your order delivered to your home. PostNord usually leaves the package outside your door and then sends a picture via SMS that the package has been delivered. That way, you don't have to be at home at the time of delivery. Remember that you as the customer are responsible for the package after delivery.

Shipment Costs

We offer free shipping for all orders above 399 SEK, 280 DKK, 39 EUR
For orders to the United Kingdom, free shipping applies above 60 EUR

Sweden

For orders under 399 SEK the shipping cost is: 39 SEK

Denmark

For orders under 280 DKK the shipping cost is: 30 DKK

Finland

For orders under 39 EUR the shipping cost is: 3,90 EUR

Germany

For orders under 39 EUR the shipping cost is: 3,90 EUR

Other EU countries

For orders under 39 EUR the shipping cost is: 3,90 EUR

United Kingdom

For orders under 60 EUR the shipping cost is: 5,99 EUR

Uncollected orders

Packages that are not collected within the time specified on the notice of delivery will be sent back to our warehouse. According to our store's policy, if you do not pick up your order in time from your pick up centre, we may charge you 300 SEK /30 EUR to cover shipping costs and administration fees. If you notify us that you want to withdraw from your purchase before the package is automatically returned, we will not charge any fee for uncollected packages.

Additional Charges

Depending on your country's rules, there might be additional charges added for international shipments. These are decided by your local customs office and may include charges such as clearance fees, customs duty, goods and services tax (GST) and other taxes. We have no control over these charges and we therefore always recommend you contact your local post office/authorities/customs if you are unsure about what local fees might be added to your order.
