Subscribe & Save

...on hassle and cost! The easiest way to never run out of your favourite Inika Superfoods is to sign up for a subscription, at your preferred pace. Our subscriptions are easy to set up and easy to cancel any time (just give us 10 days notice before your next billing period starts via email at info@inikasuperfoods.com or edit directly through your Customer Account page). Here you can find information on how to manage your subscriptions, but don't hesitate to get in touch with us anytime if you need more help.

Managing your Subscriptions

Log in to customer account

You can access your Customer Account page by logging in to your account through the Inika Superfoods website. If you have not registered an account, you will need to create an account using the same email address you used at checkout. Once your account is registered, you can login and access your Customer Account by clicking on the Manage Subscriptions link in your email, or through the Inika Superfoods homepage.

Swap a subscription product

In order to swap a product in your subscription, you will first need to log in to your account. Within the My Subscription page, click on the Edit button found next to the subscription you want to cancel and then click the Swap icon to the right. A pop-up will prompt you to select a new product. 

Cancel a subscription

In order to cancel your subscription, you will first need to log in to your account. Within the My Subscriptions page, click on the Cancel button found next to the subscription you want to cancel. On the following page, you will be prompted to enter a cancellation reason. Please note that you need to cancel your subscription at least 10 days before your next billing is due! Update billing information

In the Billing Information tab you'll find the current method of payment along with the current billing address. However, this is not the same as the shipping address. You would edit the address in this section if your billing address has changed or if you need to update your email address.

Note: If you signed up using Paypal and want to change your payment method in Paypal, you need to cancel the subscription and start a new subscription via the checkout. This is due to Paypal requiring a new billing agreement for any changes made.

Skip a delivery

Once logged in, click on Schedule to see all upcoming deliveries for your subscriptions. To skip a delivery, you can click Skip next order next to the delivery you would like to skip. Similarly, to unskip a delivery, you would click Unskip next to the order.

Update shipping address

Once logged in, click on My Subscriptions and click Edit to the right of the address. This only affects the shipping/delivery address, this does not update billing information related to the method of payment.

You will be taken to a page where you can modify your shipping address fields.

Add a product to a subscription

Once logged in, select My Subscriptions, select your subscription, click Edit and then click Add Product. This will open a pop-up where you can search, view, and select additional products to add to your upcoming deliveries. You may also choose the frequency and first shipment date.
