Please observe that we are currently not shipping to Norway. Norway has a special and strict tax and import system when you buy from an EU country (Sweden). This means that all purchases will be taxed according to the import law. On top of that there's a 25% VAT (MVA) added to your order and a small cost for the customs handling and care. There's unfortunately no way around these costs and we are so sorry about this. We are working on a solution.

We ship your orders from our warehouse in Sweden.

Depending on your country's rules, there might be additional charges added for international shipments. These are decided by your local customs office and may include charges such as clearance fees, customs duty, goods and services tax (GST) and other taxes. We have no control over these charges and we therefore always recommend you contact your local post office/authorities/customs if you are unsure about what local fees might be added to your order.

If your order is not collected and returned to our warehouse, Inika Superfoods reserve the right to charge you a fee of up to 300 SEK / 30 EUR to cover shipping and processing costs.

You always have 14 days to return your purchase. Simply send us a mail at info@inikasuperfoods.com. Please note that you would be responsible for the shipping costs. Also, we cannot accept returns of opened products or empty cans. Please note that shipping costs or import duties for a return shipment from outside Sweden is not covered by Inika Superfoods.

In the event you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at info@inikasuperfoods.com. Once the cancellation request has been processed, we will notify you via email. If we are unable to process the requested cancellation immediately, usually because the package has already been shipped, we will contact our courier to have the package returned to our warehouse. Within 2-3 business days of receiving your order, we will process it, issue a full refund to your account if it was prepaid, and notify you via email.

By logging in to your Customer Portal, you can always edit and manage your subscriptions according to your needs. While all our products are made with high-quality natural ingredients, we are unable to provide medical recommendations. We highly encourage you to consult with your medical provider if you are planning to consume our superfood products during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Our Plantshake powders are not Protein powders, but they do contain a high level, 8-9g of natural plantbased protein per serving.

We recommend a balanced diet, and to mainly use our Plantshakes as a healthy snack when hunger kicks in.
If you need to use meal replacements due to a medical condition, we recommend that you contact your doctor for guidance.

Sorbitol is a polyol and neither of our products contains any added sorbitol (or other polyols).

Sorbitol is found naturally in some fruits and berries such as for example cherries (an ingredient in Berry Blush) and apples (an ingredient in Glorious green) however the natural sorbitol levels in these ingredients are in very small amounts and we have not analysed the levels.

Our goal is to create products with the healthiest and highest quality ingredients we can find at a price point that is accessible to most people.
Today some of our ingredients are organic, but not all of them. That said, we are constantly on the lookout for sustainable and organic options and will continuously evaluate and optimize our ingredients according to our high standards for health and well-being.

It is important for you to remember that mānuka honey’s antibacterial and other beneficial properties get damaged when the honey is exposed to high temperatures. This is why we recommend that you eat your mānuka honey raw, or as a topping, instead of mixing it with hot drinks.

Avoid storing your honey in the fridge, to ensure a smoother consistency that is easier to get out and enjoy. Store below 25°C (ideally at around 20°C) in a dry, dark place. 

Thickness tends to be a marker of high purity and rawness when it comes to mānuka honey. This means that minimal to no processing has occurred for the honey, and its beneficial properties have thus remained intact - even if it means it is thick!

As mānuka honey is a natural product, every batch produced can differ in its consistency, with some turning out slightly runnier and some more viscous or thicker.

According to the Food Authorities, there is no problem eating honey during pregnancy and/or breastfeeding.
Children under 12 months should not eat honey and therefore it is not suitable to apply manuka honey to the breast when breastfeeding.
