Chocolate Chakra Hazelnut Chip Cookies

Ingredients

● 100 grams plant-based butter, room temperature
● 1 dl coconut sugar
● 6 dl rolled oats
● 3 scoops Inika Chocolate Chakra Plantshake
● 1 tsp baking powder
● 2 tbsp water
● 1 pinch salt
● 2 Inika Hazelnut Chocolate Bars

Directions

Preheat the oven to 175°C.

Begin by roughly chopping the chocolate and set it aside.

In a food processor, combine the plant-based butter and sugar. Mix until the mixture becomes fluffy.

Add the rolled oats, chocolate chakra, baking powder, water, and salt to the food processor. Continue mixing until a batter forms.

Blend the batter with the roughly chopped Inika bar, ensuring a thorough incorporation.

Place spoonfuls of the batter onto a baking sheet, and bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.

Once baked, transfer the cookies to a cooling rack and let them cool completely.
