According to the World Health Organization, by 2030 mental health issues will be the leading cause of mortality and morbidity globally. Is a simple to use app for those who want to quit unhealthy habits, considered one of the most simple trackers to help you keep focused on your goal, you can see exactly how many years, months, weeks, days, hours, and minutes it’s been since you quit, and also calculate how much money you have saved by avoiding that habit.

One of the most popular meditation apps in the market, it offers more than 500 guided meditations and music tracks. Mental illness can affect everyone regardless of age. The World Health Organization (WHO) estimates that around 10 to 20 percent of young people experience mental health problems.
