Terms and Conditions

You hereby represent and warrant that you are 18 years and you own all rights in and to your Content, you have permission from any person(s) appearing in your Content to grant the rights herein, Inika Superfoods use of your Photos will not violate the rights of any third party or any law. You hereby release and discharge Inika Superfoods from all and obligation to pay you for any use of your Photos and any of the intellectual property rights contained therein in connection with the uses described above; and You hereby release, discharge and agree to hold Inika Superfoods and any person acting on Inika Superfoods behalf harmless from all claims, demands, and liabilities whatsoever in connection with use of the photos as described above. 

You grant Inika Superfoods AB a non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable worldwide license to use the content (photos, videos, captions, text) to which you have responded with #InikaMoments, hereinafter referred to as “Content” for its marketing and/on in its advertising, including social media channels, paid social media, print media and other customer communications. Inika may use, reproduce, distribute, combine with other materials, alter and/or edit your Content in its sole discretion.
