We need both masculine and feminine, both yin and yang. It’s all about the balance. When you truly tune in and listen to your body and intuition you will know exactly when you need to connect to which energy.

We are so hard on ourselves. Instead of beating yourself up about your mistakes and failures, practice self-love and self-compassion. You are only human, and you will make mistakes and mess up. That is part of the human experience. Be kind and loving towards yourself.
Whether it’s for five minutes or one hour, meditation is a time to just be. You don’t have to do anything. Allow yourself to just be in the present moment.
Embrace alone time and silence
So much noise is surrounding us all day, everyday. Music, traffic noise, people chatting… There’s an endless amount of noise around us. Embrace being alone in silence. This is usually the moment you can hear the wisdom of your heart and tap into your intuition.
